Talknudge captures meeting audio only after the user starts live capture and confirms that participants have been informed. Audio is processed to provide transcription, Bangla translation, and AI-assisted reply suggestions.
Information we process
We process account identifiers such as email address and authentication tokens; meeting audio while live capture is active; participant or client names and optional client contact details detected or entered by the user; transcripts, translations, AI suggestions, meeting metadata, and summaries; derived action items, client memories, follow-up drafts, and weekly in-app digest data; and client context entered in the dashboard, including notes, website, company size, estimated project price, business details, and reply preferences.
How we use information
Information is used only to authenticate the user, transcribe and translate meetings, generate relevant reply suggestions, summaries and follow-up drafts, organize meeting history and client memory, track user-managed action items, build the private in-app weekly digest, and operate or secure these user-facing features. We do not sell user data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness.
Storage and retention
Talknudge does not intentionally retain raw meeting audio after live processing. Saved transcripts, translations, suggestions, summaries, action items, client memories, follow-up drafts, client details, meeting metadata, and settings remain in the user's account until the user deletes the relevant item, meeting or client, or requests account-data deletion. Weekly digests are generated on demand from these saved records and are not emailed by the current implementation. Authentication and capture state are also stored locally in Chrome so the extension can stay signed in and recover an active session.
Security
User data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS or WSS connections. Access to saved account data is authenticated and scoped to the signed-in user. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the information.
User choices
Live capture is user-initiated and can be stopped at any time. Users can delete meetings and client records from the dashboard, sign out to clear the active extension session, and use the Chrome Web Store Support hub to request help or deletion of remaining account data.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
Talknudge's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated. For privacy questions or data-deletion requests, contact the developer through the Talknudge listing's Chrome Web Store Support hub.
